In the world of Agile development, Story Points are an excellent indicator for assessing each team's capacity for achievement. However, they depend on each team's velocity and do not allow for overall governance.

Furthermore, since 2017, the latest developments in OMG specifications have made it possible to objectively assess not only the cost in relation to business value, but also the nature of the relationship between users, product owners, and development teams.
